At Groot Melkhuis, we offer rotating weekend specials, available on Saturdays and Sundays. Freshly prepared in our kitchen and perfect to share as a lunch for two or enjoy all by yourself if you’re feeling extra hungry. The special changes regularly. Currently on the menu: half a free-range chicken with homemade applesauce and fries with mayonnaise.

Fancy a nice coffee to go? At Groot Melkhuis you can get your favorite take-away drinks right at the edge of Vondelpark. Perfect for a walk, an afternoon on the grass or a picnic with friends.

At Groot Melkhuis it’s not just about good food and drinks, but also about fun for the little ones. Our spacious playground is located right next to the terrace, so parents can relax and enjoy a coffee, lunch or drinks while the children play safely.
