Winter Wonderland
Over the past few days, Groot Melkhuis transformed into a true winter wonderland. The water in front of the restaurant froze over, the Vondelpark was covered in a thick layer of snow, and the cutest snowmen spontaneously appeared at our doorstep. People came together to enjoy the wintery atmosphere, creating an almost fairytale-like scene.
On our winter terrace, you can sit comfortably under cover while enjoying a beautiful view of the snow-covered Vondelpark. When the sun breaks through, everything is bathed in a magical glow and you feel as if you’ve stepped into a winter sports village. Inside, it’s extra cozy as well: warm, inviting, and with lovely views of the park, while you enjoy our delicious winter lunch dishes.
We haven’t seen Groot Melkhuis in such a special setting for a long time. We’re happy we were able to capture these unique moments at this beautiful spot, right in the heart of the Vondelpark.
